Without a payment method, your trial ends automatically and your account returns to Free: 2 projects and 5 open tasks. You will not be charged.
If you add a payment method during the trial, Pro continues afterwards as a monthly subscription at €4.99/user/month plus 25.5% VAT. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid a charge.
Your projects, tasks and existing shared access are kept. You can still read and edit your work. If you exceed the Free limits, free up capacity or choose a paid plan before adding projects or tasks. Voice control, invoicing, analytics and new invitations require Pro.
How is the price calculated?
Free: limits apply to the account
The two-project and five-open-task limits apply across the account, not to each project separately. Completing a task makes room for a new one.
Pro: pay for user seats
Your monthly fee is your selected user count × €4.99 plus 25.5% VAT. For example, 5 users cost €24.95/month plus VAT, or €31.31/month including VAT.
Lifetime: five users included
Pay €290 once. If you need 7 users, for example, five are covered by Lifetime and the two additional users cost €9.98/month plus VAT, or €12.52/month including VAT.
Pricing questions, answered
Is Free just a trial?
No. Free has no time limit and requires no credit card. It includes 2 projects and 5 open tasks. Completed tasks are kept and do not count towards your task limit.
Which plan do I need for task invoicing?
Task invoicing and analytics are included in Pro and Lifetime. Invoice tasks at a fixed price or based on logged time. Fennoa and Procountor connections require an account and the necessary permissions with that service; their own fees are not included in your Nopsa price.
Does Pro renew automatically?
Yes. Pro renews monthly, with a price based on your selected user count. You can cancel in the app at any time. Paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
What happens if the trial ends without a subscription?
Your account returns to Free: 2 projects and 5 open tasks. Voice control, invoicing, analytics and new invitations require Pro. Existing shared access is preserved. Your existing projects and tasks are not deleted. You can still read and edit them. If you exceed the Free limits, you will need to free up capacity or choose a paid plan before adding projects or tasks, or reopening tasks.
Is the Lifetime payment per user?
No. One €290 payment covers a total of 5 users and Pro features. The sixth and subsequent users cost €4.99/user/month plus 25.5% VAT.
