Choose how to bill each task
A fixed task price suits work whose price has been agreed in advance. For example, a defined piece of design work can be invoiced at the agreed price. The billing basis does not change with the hours recorded against that task.
For hourly work, set an hourly rate on the task. Time recorded against it provides the basis for billing. Use the approach agreed with your client and check the details before invoicing.
Build an invoice from the work and review its basis
When work is ready to invoice, choose the tasks to include. A task’s name describes what you did for the client, while its fixed price or time entries explain the basis for the charge.
Review the selected tasks and their hours before exporting the invoice. A meeting, design work and final revisions can be separate tasks within one project, keeping the work recognisable during invoicing.
Connect to Fennoa or Procountor
Nopsa connects to Fennoa and Procountor to send invoices to accounting. Set up the integration in Nopsa settings. You need an account and the required permissions for the service you connect.
Nopsa keeps the starting information for task-based billing within your workflow. Check available subscription features in the app and the accounting service’s own terms before setting up your connection.

Do I need a separate Fennoa or Procountor account?
