Nopsa + Procountor
Log hours in Nopsa, send the invoice straight to Procountor. No CSV export, no manual work.
Procountor is a Finnish accounting platform used by accounting firms and businesses across Finland for bookkeeping, invoicing and payroll. Nopsa’s Procountor integration ties task management, time tracking and invoicing together: the customer is set up once, hours are logged against that customer’s project, and the invoice moves from Nopsa to Procountor without intermediate steps.
How it works
- 1
Connect your Procountor account
From settings, you link Nopsa to your Procountor credentials. A one-time setup, then it just works.
- 2
Customers sync over
Nopsa pulls customer data from Procountor. When you create a project, pick the customer from the list — no double entry.
- 3
Log hours against a project
Log hours in the browser, on mobile, or by voice: “I worked two hours on Customer X’s contract.” Nopsa routes the hours to the right project.
- 4
Send the invoice to Procountor
When it’s time to invoice, pick the unbilled hours and send — or say: “Send Customer X’s unbilled hours to Procountor.” The invoice appears in Procountor, either as a draft or ready to send, depending on how you set it up.
Why this makes the day easier
One place — three workflow stages
Tasks, hours and invoicing in the same view. No more bouncing between Excel + Trello + Procountor in three browser tabs.
Your accountant gets clean data
In Procountor the data is already ready for bookkeeping. Your accountant doesn’t have to guess at missing time entries, because they’re logged straight to the right customer and project.
Month-end goes faster
One command: all unbilled hours go to Procountor at once. Cash flow doesn’t suffer from invoicing dragging on.

What Procountor credentials do I need?
You need a Procountor account with rights to create invoices. The connection to Nopsa is made with an API key you get from Procountor.
Can I edit the invoice in Procountor before sending?
Yes. You can choose whether an invoice sent from Nopsa lands in Procountor as a draft (which you review before sending) or ready to be sent.
What if the customer is already in Procountor?
Existing Procountor customers show up in Nopsa when you create a project. You pick the customer from the list — no duplicate entry.
Does Nopsa fit an accounting firm’s client?
It does. Nopsa handles the client side — projects, hours, invoicing — and the accounting firm gets clean data into Procountor for bookkeeping. The client just speaks or clicks; the accountant sees everything in Procountor as before.
What does Procountor cost?
Procountor is priced separately — see procountor.com. Nopsa’s €2.90/user/month price includes the Procountor integration.
